Please arrive early - class starts promptly and doors will be locked at the schedule start time. Late entry is not permitted, and if you arrive after doors are locked, you will be marked as a no-show and applicable fees will apply.

Plan ahead: Give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get situated in the studio before class begins.

What to bring:

• Water
• Towel - towels are mandatory
• Grip socks - grip socks are required for all classes.  Bring your own or purchase at the front desk
• Gloves (Pilates Knockout)- bring your own or rent for $15
• Mat (Yoga, Barre, Pilates Mat) - bring your own or rent for $5 

Some friendly tips on studio etiquette:

*Be punctual to class

*Turn off your phone before entering studio

*Remove shoes before entering studio space

*Go easy on perfume or cologne

*Observe silence during savasana

*Do not leave before class is over - this is a distraction to everyone in the class
